I took some surreptitious photos of the Pool while the lifeguard wasn't looking.  As you can see from the frothy waters I took this  picture of the two childrens' pools from inside the jacuzzi.

I took this through the window from outside.  Between 5am and 9.30am they have the water resistance walking and lap swimming. That's why the pool is divided into lanes.  From 9.30 until 1 it is open swimming.  Then it goes back to lap swimming and water walking in the evening.

Nice little sitting area outside.

 The cable company which provides my tv and internet is right opposite; and speaking of them - you may remember I screwed up the settings on my tv remote a little while ago and Mark's lad came and sorted them out, but I still had to use two remotes and be ultra careful not to change channels with the wrong one.  I didn't cancel the call to the cable company though and when the guy turned up I asked him to move the digital box to the large screen television, so now I just have one remote and life is much easier for it.

After my exercising at the YMCA I went to the gospel singing, and told them about President Nixon and his favourite hymn.  Then it was a quick lunch before my stint at the Senior Centre, which was uneventful.
