I am including this picture in my presentation. I looked up the Tom Quad on the internet and discovered that when Henry VIII built the College he intended to have a cloister where those concrete thingies are all round, one of which they are standing on. So I'll put that in my spiel.
I did not sleep well, then was woken up at 6 by the telephone which was a wrong number. By the time I did get up it was too late for the YMCA, so I went at the end of the day after the meal at Emmanuel. But it makes a difference going then, I didn't do so many laps round the walkway, it was harder pushing against the current, and I didn't have the energy to peel off for a little doggy paddle in the childrens' pool. After a few laps I jumped in the hot jacuzzi.
When I got to the hospital mid morning Pattisue was going round one floor and I was hanging out with Larry in the office for quite a while, then I did the other floor. With the new computer system it takes a bit longer entering the data.
Sharon was doing the dessert for the Wednesday meal, so I just got there for the Adult Interest Group then the meal.
